Lifts, escalators, and building doors eventually end their lifecycles. Even with regular maintenance and repair, it may need to be replaced or thoroughly modernized after decades of constant operation – starting more than 100,000 times a year and traveling thousands of kilometers.

The Repairs are based on preventive maintenance to detect and fix potential problems before they lead to stoppage of the equipment. Repair services are provided in addition to Call back services.Upgrades are to improve the performance of your equipment in safety, reliability & eco-efficiency. Victora provides various packages & options for upgrading these features as stated below.

  • Safety: We provide upgrade packages like ARD, Accurate Overload warning System, Full Height Light Curtain for Door safety, etc.
  • Reliability: We provide V3F Drive upgrade package to Single speed and 2 Speed lifts and also for existing mechanical Door Drives which helps in improving the performance & life of the equipment.
  • Eco-efficiency: We provide a Controller Upgrade package to Regenerative Drive where the Power consumption is reduced by upto 50% over existing situations.

We provide a Upgrade package from Geared machines to Permanent Magnet Gearless machines which is up to 40-50% more efficient than the existing geared machines. This also require minimal or no maintenance thus improving the Availability of your lifts.
